This was an off year for us, as far as BIG themed party planning went....ok well I TRIED to be low key- sooo hard to do when you LOVE planning parties!!! I was 8 mths pregnant with our daughter so I did try to do less but still had to have a spesh cake. Caleb requested the "Snake Cake" from the Australian Women's Weekly, Kids Party Cakes book. I was happy with that choice as it is THE most easy cake to make!!! It is simply two ring cakes stuck together, iced and decorated with jube lollies (cut in half) or else your favourite lolly! EASY!
